Duties

• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management to ensure optimal product presentation and availability
• Support the management team in supervising staff, providing coaching, and fostering a productive team environment
• Participate in recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and onboarding new employees to build a strong retail sales team
• Help oversee sales activities, including pricing strategies, sales promotions, and customer engagement to meet store targets
• Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to operational tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with company policies
• Support shift management by coordinating schedules, ensuring smooth store operations during peak hours, and maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Speak to members and engage
• Generate 15 to more leads daily
• Bring in sign ups daily

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience in a retail environment is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial responsibilities
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, basic math, and retail math concepts such as pricing and sales calculations
• Knowledge of grocery store or retail industry sales team management practices is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with merchandising, stocking procedures, and operational management practices
• Ability to handle cash handling accurately and maintain high standards of customer service and phone etiquette

Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
