Manager in Training

We are hiring ambitious individuals to step into a Manager in Training role within our sales and marketing organization. Our team works within major retail partners to promote products and services in industries such as wireless technology, home essentials, and lifestyle solutions. Through direct, face-to-face marketing, we help brands expand their customer reach while developing future leaders from within our organization.

This is an active, people-focused role that begins with sales, customer engagement, and team development before expanding into business operations and management. Successful candidates are goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated to advance into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn how to execute in-store promotional campaigns on behalf of national clients
• Educate customers on products and services while creating a positive brand experience
• Track daily performance metrics and campaign results
• Assist leadership with team coordination and operational support
• Develop the skills needed to oversee accounts, teams, and client expectations
