Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient store performance
• Support team members through employee orientation, training, and ongoing development initiatives
• Participate in interviewing and recruiting efforts to build a strong, customer-focused sales team
• Manage inventory control processes such as stocking, merchandising, purchasing, and inventory management to optimize product availability
• Handle cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations with accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to sales management by implementing pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales techniques to meet targets
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members and customers alike
• Proven experience in employee orientation, training & development, and supervising teams within the industry
• Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and basic math for operational accuracy
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, merchandising techniques, and operational management practices
• Excellent communication skills paired with leadership qualities such as team management, managerial communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage shift operations effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation
