What you'll do

• Deliver warm, helpful service to every customer
• Learn all aspects of store operations and retail management
• Support, motivate, and lead team members on the shop floor
• Drive sales while creating exceptional customer experiences
• Help maintain a well-presented, welcoming showroom
• Develop strong product knowledge across our furniture and whiteware ranges
• Work alongside the Store Manager to build a successful, high-performing team
• WEEKEND WORK IS A MUST - that's when our busiest trading happens!
