WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Manager in Training, you will learn all aspects of running a successful automotive service center, including:

Customer service and relationship building

Sales and performance management
Team leadership and employee development
Scheduling and shop workflow
Following and executing company processes
Inspecting vehicles and communicating recommendations to customers
Managing daily sales and car-count goals
Creating a positive, team-oriented shop environment
Learning how to recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
