As a Manager in Training, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our management team to drive sales, elevate team performance, and keep the store looking sharp. You'll play a key role in everything from training new team members and delivering stellar customer service, to building community relationships with schools and local organizations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Availability to work 30 - 40 hours per week
• 2 years or more of leadership/supervisory experience
• 2+ years in sales/customer service
• Strong sales background and a passion for connecting with people
• Proven ability to set goals, give direction, manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
