Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, becoming proficient in car key technology.
• Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with each interaction.
• Sales Development: Gain valuable experience in customer acquisition, sales processing, and relationship building.
• Data Management: Accurately input and manage customer information in our system, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record (MVR check required).

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfort in a physically active role, including getting in and out of cars, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
