Main Responsibilities:

• Technical Skills: Master the process of cutting, duplicating, and programming car keys and remotes, becoming an expert in car key technology.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Sales Skills: Develop your abilities in customer outreach, sales transactions, and relationship management.
• Record Keeping: Ensure accurate entry and management of customer information with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required).
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfort with physically active tasks, including working in and around vehicles, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
