Your Role Will Involve:

• Mastering the Tech: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, gaining expertise in automotive key systems.
• Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent service by addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Supporting Sales: Assist in attracting new clients, processing sales efficiently, and building strong relationships.
• Data Accuracy: Keep detailed and precise records of customer information and transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team environment through consistent effort and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass background checks and keep a clean driving record (MVR review required).
• Strong organizational skills and good time management.
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working in active environments, including around vehicles, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
