What You'll Do

As a Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for running a successful Take 5 Oil Change location.

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Drive sales, revenue, and overall shop performance
• Recruit, train, and develop employees
• Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and daily operations
• Monitor sales results, labor costs, inventory, and performance metrics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure company policies and operating procedures are followed
• Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Experience:

• Retail store management
• Automotive service or quick lube management
• Restaurant or fast-paced service management
• Sales management and performance coaching
• Experience managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, or budgets

Automotive experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience is what matters most!

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on management position. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Work in indoor and outdoor shop environments
• Bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks as needed
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
