In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced leaders, learning how to motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive results in a dynamic retail environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front by actively selling and consistently exceeding personal sales goals
• Drive team performance by coaching, motivating, and holding associates accountable to sales targets
• Create a high-energy, results-driven sales environment
• Train and develop team members on sales techniques, upselling, and product knowledge
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable client experiences
• Collaborate with leadership to drive store growth and exceed sales goals
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales performance
• Utilize POS systems to track sales and ensure accurate transactions
• Support daily store operations while building a positive, high-energy team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Jewelry sales management (required)
• Proven track record in achieving personal sales
• A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating others
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
• Basic math and POS system familiarity
• DCA certification, GSL, or IGI is a plus
• Relocatable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
