Manager (Information Technology) – Infrastructure

Before completing the application form, please read through the following notes and the Personal Information Collection Statement for Job Applicants carefully:

1. Please ensure that all mandatory parts in the form are completed and the information provided is accurate.
2. Your application will not be processed if you fail to provide all mandatory information as requested, or it is not clear from the information provided that you have the minimum qualifications, training, experience or other requirements specified for the job, or if you do not signify your consent in Section C.
3. The information provided will be used for appointment to the MPFA or its subsidiary and other employment-related purposes. It may be provided to authorities / agencies authorized to process the information for purposes relating to appointment, e.g. qualifications assessment, medical examination and appointment checking, etc. Information relating to unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed after two years.
4. You may attach copies of your diplomas / certificates or other qualification documents (or transcripts pending availability of diplomas / certificates), employment certifications or reference letters to the application form. If you are selected for assessment, you will be required to bring along the originals of these documents to the interview for verification.
5. You are advised to save / print a copy of the completed application form for your own reference.

7. Upon successful submission of application, applicants will receive a system-generated acknowledgement. Short-listed applicants will be notified in due course.
