Manager- Inside Sales

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Inside Sales Manager with 3–6 years of experience in IT Services / Software Sales / B2B Sales . The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with international prospects, understanding business requirements, presenting IT solutions, and converting opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify prospects and connect with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and IT Managers.
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services and solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product/service demos.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with international clients is preferred.
• Good understanding of software development and IT services.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
