The Role

Key Accountabilities

Service Innovation / Evolution

• Connect client teams with AMS Research and Talent Insights
• Connect client teams with I&I services to address targeted business challenges
• Lead Continuous Improvement of I&I service delivery

People

• Role model AMS leadership behaviours
• Build a strong, inclusive I&I culture and advocate its value across AMS and client communities

Operations

• Ensure account team visibility of service performance through data, to support delivery of client services at required contractual levels
• Guide clients and internal teams on data-led hiring practices
• Proactively identify risks to service delivery and partner with Business Operations and account team to support early resolution
• Lead resolution of any I&I client or account team escalations

Client / Stakeholders

• Partner with Implementation, Operations, and Client Services to optimise delivery
• Ensure strong engagement between client account teams and I&I
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve reporting and insight outputs

Financial / Commercial

• Support account growth activity
• Provide senior insight leadership within MBR and QBR delivery

Skills & Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Strong background in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, Data Insights, or related technology functions.
• Ability to understand reporting architectures, data models, reporting environments, and technical delivery processes.
• Experience working with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI experience is highly desirable).
• Ability to assess technical feasibility and explain technical constraints to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting reporting transitions, systems implementations, or transformation initiatives is advantageous.

Stakeholder Management

• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and client relationships.
• Strong influencing and expectation-management skills.
• Ability to challenge requests professionally while maintaining strong partnerships.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style and a passion for continuous improvement.

Work Style & Adaptability

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple time zones, with flexibility to support EMEA and UK stakeholders when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
