Position Overview

The Manager of Instrumentation is responsible for overseeing the instrumentation department within a manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems, along with leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Management:
• Lead and manage the instrumentation team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• System Design & Implementation:
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Project Management:
• Plan and execute instrumentation projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
• Provide technical support for instrumentation issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of instrumentation systems.
• Budgeting & Cost Management:
• Develop and manage the budget for the instrumentation department.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in a managerial role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information

• Location: This position is based in Jhagadia, with possible travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
• Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and quality.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
