Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive Asset Under Management (AUM), Revenue and business growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with business partners by understanding their needs and achieving shared business objectives.
• Be a trusted partner in delivering investment solutions, conducting market insights and product training.
• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, competitive insights and proactive partner engagement.
• Drive targeted sales campaigns and client engagement programmes to enhance product awareness and sales productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling marketing propositions and go-to-market initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication of investment solutions while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management, financial services, sales or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
• Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for business engagements and partner meetings.
