Job Summary:

The Manager Internal Audit will be responsible for leading and executing internal audits across all manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies. The role demands a strong understanding of financial, operational, and process audits within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and lead internal audit assignments across plants, HO, and regional offices.

Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Review financial transactions, costing, inventory management, procurement, and production processes.

Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and recommend practical improvements.

Conduct surprise audits, stock verifications, and compliance reviews.

Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations.

Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and report status to management.

Support statutory and external auditors by providing necessary data and reports.

Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to enhance audit efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant laws/regulations
