Manager – Internal Communications & Knowledge Management

The role will focus on transforming complex Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Personal Data (PD) information into clear, engaging and accessible content for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging internal communications, intranet content, articles, infographics and employee-facing materials.
• Translate complex corporate topics such as ERM, BCM and Personal Data into clear and easy-to-understand communications.
• Work with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to understand key messages and develop appropriate communications.
• Manage and enhance intranet pages and knowledge repositories, ensuring information, policies, frameworks and guidelines are accurate and accessible.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee awareness, knowledge sharing and engagement.
• Prepare and consolidate reports, presentations and dashboards for management.
• Support communications relating to corporate policies, governance initiatives and organisational matters.
• Propose creative approaches to communicating complex information through visual storytelling, infographics and other digital content.
• Support documentation and administrative requirements relating to ERM, BCM and Personal Data where required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Knowledge Management, Employee Communications or Content Development.
• Strong corporate exposure, with experience communicating internal, organisational, technical or complex business topics.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for a general employee audience.
• Experience developing internal communications such as intranet articles, employee communications, newsletters, presentations or awareness campaigns.
• Proficiency in SharePoint or similar CMS/intranet platforms would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with content creation, visual communication or basic design tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to ERM, BCM, governance, compliance, Personal Data Protection or other corporate functions would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
• Able to work independently and engage confidently with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Curious and comfortable learning unfamiliar or technical corporate concepts.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive corporate information.
