崗位職責

• 主要負責建立、維護和監督企業內部控制體系，識別和管理風險，確保業務合規與運營效率；
• 根據公司戰略、經營方針，進行風險分析，並建立和完善公司內控體系；
• 參與業務流程設計，從內控角度給予建議；
• 定期對公司的內控體系進行審查，發現管理缺陷並給予整改意見；
• 針對發現的業務流程管控缺失或者不足，分析可能引發的關鍵/核心風險，提出整改建議並推動落地；
• 通過有效的監督控制辦法.開展事前、事中控制及事後監督，發揮內控預警功能；
• 管理層交辦的其他工作。

崗位要求

• 本科及以上學歷；
• 具有4年以上相關工作經驗,；
• 熟練掌握微軟辦公軟體及中文文字處理；
• 具備扎實的行業知識和經驗，熟悉上市規則，並精通私募股權融資及並購交易；
• 能夠獨立工作，並具備良好的人際交往能力；
• 具有良好的中、英文語言能力。

經驗較多的候選人將被考慮為高級經理。
