An established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced professional to support governance, transaction oversight and business risk management activities. The role partners with senior stakeholders to enhance processes, maintain regulatory standards and support the delivery of complex transactions.

工作内容

• Provide independent review and challenge on business activities and transactions
• Support the enhancement of governance, control and risk management frameworks
• Review key documentation and provide recommendations to improve quality and consistency
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory and procedural matters
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to support business initiatives

理想的求职者

• Degree holder in a legal degree with strong IPO experience is highly preferred
• Relevant experience within financial services, law firm or professional services, experience in working with HKEx or SFC is preferred;
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
