Get to Know the Role

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the IT team while driving technology strategies, governance, and development plans according to organizational needs. You will oversee enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, servers, networking, and security operations, as well as manage vendors, projects, and key stakeholders to support seamless business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies, roadmaps, governance, and development plans in line with organizational needs.
• Manage the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise applications & systems (including ERP systems and vendor management).
• Oversee IT Infrastructure & Support operations, including networks, servers, IT hardware, CCTV, information security, data, and IT asset management.
• Lead and develop the IT team while managing projects, vendors, stakeholders, and related IT functions.
• Handle multiple IT issues and prioritize resolutions effectively to minimize operational downtime.
• Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to optimize IT processes and technological improvements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/contractors to ensure project deliverables, quality, security, and cost-efficiency

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Manager.
• Experienced in ERP or deep understanding of ERP systems and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge in Business Application Systems, Networking, CCTV, Microsoft 365, Infrastructure, Server & Storage, IT Asset Management, and IT Project Management.
• Ability to handle multiple IT issues and set priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten
