Manager - IT Enterprise Project Management

Job Purpose: The Manager - Enterprise Project Management oversees the end-to-end execution of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, managing vendors, mitigating risks, and driving successful product deployment across Wynn Resorts Macau. The manager will lead project teams, facilitate cross-functional execution, and provide status reporting to all levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage multiple priorities and assigned projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with departments to gather detailed requirements, use cases, and operational workflows.
• Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, confirming technical feasibility.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans for execution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Build and nurture relationships with service providers and system vendors.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and optimal allocation.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs with stakeholder alignment.
• Report on project status and progress to all levels of management.
• Provide guidance on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Prepare detailed documents for product development and deployment.
• Attend conferences and train to maintain technical proficiency.
• Construct precise documentation guiding internal product development and deployment.
• Proactively identify and address potential changes to scope, schedule, or costs.
• Work closely with management to deliver timely project status updates and insights.

Competencies and Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in relevant roles, including 2 years in a supervisory position. Proven success in project implementation and deployment.

Education: Diploma or degree in Information Technology field

Language Ability: Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese preferred.

Remarks:

• Experience in mentoring/leadership qualities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills both verbal and written in English.
• Experience in hotel, casino, and resort operations is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of Project Management standards (PMP-PMI, PMP-ACP, Scrum, etc.) for Project management document and process.

Additional skills required: Familiar with gaming/hospitality systems management an advantage.
