- IT Head - Healthcare IT Role Overview: We are looking for a visionary IT Head with a strong background in Healthcare IT to lead and manage our technology strategy
- The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation, development, and enhancement of healthcare software solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives in the healthcare domain
- Lead IT initiatives to improve healthcare software development and deployment
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team
- Lead the implementation of healthcare information systems and applications
- Oversee IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, databases, and data security
- Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders for software development and IT services
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT Management, with at least 5 years in Healthcare IT
- Proven experience in leading IT projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in healthcare software solutions, hospital information systems (HIS), and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ICD-10/ICD-11 coding standards and healthcare regulations
- Experience with software development life cycles (SDLC) and DevOps practices is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
