KeyDeliverables (Essential functions &Responsibilities of the Job):

• Leadthe design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wideISMS and PIMS programs.
• Developand manage the InfoSec strategy aligned with business goals and regulatoryrequirements (ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27701:2019, DPDPA, IT Act, CERT-In).
• Overseesecurity risk assessments, audits, and remediation plans across IT and businessunits.
• Managea team of security professionals; mentor, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Collaboratewith cross functional stakeholders to ensure security by design.
• Leadincident response, RCA, and post-mortem reviews.
• Drivesecurity awareness and training programs across the organization.
• Managesecurity budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.

Skills:

• Expertisein QRadar, GTB DLP, CyberArk PAM, Wiz CNAPP, SentinelOne EDR, Qualys VA, and PTtools.
• Cloudsecurity governance experience (AWS, Azure; GCP optional).
• Strongknowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10.
• Strategicmindset and strong stakeholder management.
• Proventeam leadership and excellent communication.
• Strongdocumentation and reporting skills.
