What they need
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Managing, developing and training to the team
Ensures all process and activities has to be documented
Coordinating and Managing stakeholders wherever needed
Assessing the technical needs of staff
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with staff/clients
Measure service satisfaction levels
Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
Managing application jobs and alerts and act accordingly
Assisting team in Resolving system and application issues
Occasionally working with third parties to rectify issues
Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly
Preferred candidate profile
- BSc/B-Tech/M-Tech/MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent with programming experience
- 3-5 years of experience in handling/Managing the IT support function
- Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
- Deep knowledge of SQL
- Mandatory language - English & Hindi
