Manager Laboratory

We Are Hiring – Manager – Laboratory

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Laboratory to lead laboratory operations and ensure quality, accuracy, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient diagnostic services.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. Master’s degree will be preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/ managerial role, preferably in a tertiary care hospital or diagnostic facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall laboratory operations and service delivery.
• Ensure quality control, accuracy, and timely reporting of laboratory results.
• Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation, audits, and biosafety requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, turnaround time, quality indicators, and laboratory performance.
• Manage laboratory staff, equipment, inventory, and resources.
• Coordinate with clinical departments, consultants, and hospital management.
• Support laboratory setup, service development, and hospital opening readiness.
