Functional Profile:
- Understanding the provisions of UDCPR / DCPR pertaining to open land / redevelopment projects.
- Understanding of revenue documents such as 7/12, property card, etc.
- Establishment of legal title of the land / property in coordination with legal department.
- Financial, technical and legal feasibility of possible acquisitions (due diligence).
- Negotiation with the land owners (private, government, semi-government / developers / societies).
- Conclusion of all activities pertaining to land rights (MoU, Term Sheet, GBR, DA/POA).
Required Skill Set:
- Inter-personal communication
- Written communication
- Understanding of numbers
Desired Experience: 12 years
Desired qualification: Graduate
