The Laundry Manager is the strategic and business unit leader of the laundry at SIRO Porto Montenegro, operating outside the SIRO Hotel & Residences structure as a commercial operation not only to the hotel but also the wider region. The Laundry Manager is to provide supervision, direction and leadership to the entire laundry staff while demonstrating performance objectives and quality standards set by Kerzner International.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the operations of the Laundry efficiently while ensuring quality expectations are met in a timely manner.
• Treat the Laundry as a separate business unit from the hotel operations with a commercial mindset, maximizing revenue while controlling expenses, directing the commercial activities of the Laundry Business Development Manager.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of laundry operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality standards.
• Asist in negotiating contracts with suppliers, contractors, and clients to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met and that services are provided in accordance with agreements.
