Manager - Learning and Development

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development plan based on business and employee requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill and competency gaps.
• Plan and coordinate technical, functional, behavioural, leadership, and compliance training programs.
• Manage Dojo / Shop-floor training and skill development programs for manufacturing employees.
• Develop and maintain skill matrix and competency mapping across functions.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify critical training requirements.
• Manage internal trainers, external consultants, and training vendors.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluation.
• Drive LMS / digital learning initiatives and maintain training records.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D MIS and dashboards for management review.
• Manage training budgets and ensure effective utilization.
• Develop leadership development and career development programs.
• Support GET / trainee / internship development programs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, customer, quality, and safety-related training requirements.
• Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization.
