Manager, Learning Strategy & Capability Development

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Capability Development Manager to drive enterprise-wide learning strategy, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives that support business growth and organizational transformation.

This role will partner closely with business leaders to design impactful learning solutions, build future-ready capabilities, and elevate the overall employee and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning and capability development strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Design competency-based learning architecture, capability roadmaps, and development programs.
• Lead curriculum design for leadership, functional, and future skills development.
• Facilitate leadership and management development programs for managers and senior leaders.
• Drive innovative learning approaches through blended learning, digital platforms, AI-enabled learning, and learning analytics.
• Build strategic partnerships with universities, learning providers, consultants, and industry experts.
• Manage enterprise-wide learning projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
• Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve learning impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Corporate Academy, Talent Development, or Organization Development.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing strategic learning initiatives.
• Proven track record in learning strategy, curriculum design, leadership development, and capability building.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, shopping mall, hospitality, luxury retail, or service industries is highly preferred.
• Strong network with universities, learning partners, trainers, and consulting firms is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
