As we grow, we’re seeking people to join our team and be part of this exciting retail project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing the leasing strategy and tenancy mix.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust the tenant mix to stay aligned with market trends, introducing new retail concepts, brands, and services.
• Identify and secure potential tenants by initiating negotiations, preparing proposals, and finalizing lease agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both current and prospective tenants.
• Collaborate with internal departments on rental, tenant fit-out processes, and day-to-day operations.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and manage tenant complaints or concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular market research, including competitor analysis, customer surveys, and trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on occupancy rates, commercial leases, and other relevant leasing matters to management.
• Provide support to the project team and other departments in tenant fit-out works and other operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the leasing process.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Marketing/Real Estate Management or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication abilities.
• Familiar with property tenancy framework.
• Familiar with current and historic market trends.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in Penang.
