Manager - Liaison

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic resource to join our organization as Manager - Liaison. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in communicating with and navigating various government authorities, municipal bodies, and environmental agencies to ensure smooth project planning, approvals, and execution. You will ensure timely coordination, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships, supported by a thorough understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and land-related matters.

As a Manager Liaison, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Liaison with the government authorities and other statutory bodies to comply with rules and regulations for smooth execution of the projects.
• Coordination with all concerned Consultants such as Liaison Architect, Licensed Plumbers, Government Engineers, Various Consultants, Lawyers, Management, etc. for compliances required from Submission of Proposal till issue of IOD, Amended Approval, Commencement Certificate, Further Commencement Certificate, Full Occupancy Certificate & Building Completion Certificate and ensure that they comply with the stipulated requirements.
• Coordination with various departments of MCGM such as maintenance, garden, PCO, SWD, SWM, etc.
• Coordination with various depts. of Revenue SLR, City Survey, SDO, Dy. SLR.
• Scrutiny of all building plans and to work in close coordination with the Design team to ensure drawing & scheme compliance
• Preparation of applications for all permissions along with the necessary documentation required, along with predetermined process plans, budgets & timelines
• To maintain an awareness of developments in the field that might affect the company and prepare reports on relevant matters for consideration by management
• To perform all the calculations and to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Timely redressal of all complaints received from all Government Dept.
• Business Development Due Diligence of any new project requisition and Feasibility reports of the same.
• Lead and support slum evacuation processes, including coordination with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing on-ground challenges.
• Oversee tenant management activities, including communication, documentation, issue resolution, and adherence to rehabilitation norms.
• Possess strong knowledge of land-related issues, title matters, and development rights; coordinate with various civic bodies to resolve land, revenue, and property-related matters efficiently.

Core Requirements

• Graduate/Undergraduate from a reputed organization with minimum 10 to 12 years of experience.
• Advanced computer knowledge (M.S. Excel / PowerPoint / Word).
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Well versed with land revenue matters.
• Conversant with Marathi Language.
