Manager-LNP Formulation Development & RNA Therapeutics

Experience: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline with 1-3 Years research experience in the field.

Job Description: This role requires hands-on experience working with nanoparticulate formulations (Lipid, polymer/peptide) for gene delivery. Strong knowledge and awareness of current standings of the mRNA field for vaccine and CGT applications is highly desirable. Deep understanding of ionisable lipid structures and lipid screening as per the application. The preferred candidate would have CMC development and regulatory submission experience background. Job Responsibilities:

1. Extensive literature data mining (including patents) for screening and evaluation of various formulations for the gene delivery.

2. Designing and validation of various tools for the evaluation of new formulation candidates for vaccine and therapeutic applications.

3. Independently design and execute DOE for formulation development; including the preformulating studies.

4. Strong data handling skills; management, compilation and interpretation.

5. Efficient Documentation: organise, compile and present the data for concurrent review and discussion.

6. Routine lab management, and inventory maintenance to ensure timely availability of the raw materials and consumables for the smooth progression of the projects.

• Strong communication skills (clarity of thoughts, comprehension)
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of various techniques to enable troubleshooting and problem solving (e.g. DLS, RNA quantification assays and orthogonal techniques)
• People management skills (Team worker and interdepartmental communication)
