Manager Logistics

Role & responsibilities

1.Documentation & Compliance: • Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and export documentation • Manage duty drawback procedures and ensure compliance with EXIM regulations • Oversee DGFT, ICEGATE, CHA coordination, RoDTEP, and other statutory documentation

2.Logistics Operations: • Supervise receiving, packaging, and dispatch activities for timely and safe shipments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow • Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and government authorities

3.Vendor & CHA Coordination: • Maintain strong professional relationships with Custom House Agents (CHA) and relevant authorities • Negotiate service levels and ensure cost efficiency across logistics operations

4.Reporting & Control: • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and timelines • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements • Drive continuous improvement for on-time delivery and cost optimization

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, or Manufacturing sector is an advantage • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
