What The Role Is You will oversee and coordinate logistics, infrastructure and resource management functions to support the effective day-to-day operations of the organisation.

What You Will Be Working On

• Oversee logistics and administrative support for organisation operations and events

• Manage organisational resources, assets, equipment and facilities to ensure accountability and serviceability

• Coordinate infrastructure, maintenance and facilities requirements with relevant stakeholders

• Lead internal audits and reviews to ensure proper management and accountability of resources

• Manage shared and common facilities and resources to support smooth day-to-day operations

  Challenge(s)

• Managing competing priorities with tight timelines, alongside balancing multiple stakeholders

• Ensuring continuity of operations by maintaining effective logistics and infrastructure support, while responding to urgent operational requirements

• Providing logistics support for exercises, events, official visits and other activities that may involve significant manpower and resources

• Upholding service standards to ensure support services remain responsive and reliable, while aligned with organisational standards

What We Are Looking For

• Education in any field

• Prior experience in logistics work or finance is advantageous

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability in resource and asset management
