Manager Machine Shop (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You lead and develop a team of 15 employees within the Mechanical Engineering department
• You ensure the achievement of production targets with regard to quality, cost, on-time delivery, and productivity
• You contribute to the implementation of new manufacturing technologies within your area of responsibility
• You support investment projects, equipment procurement, and automation initiatives

Your profile

• You have completed a technical vocational qualification in the metalworking industry and further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
• You bring several years of professional experience as well as proven leadership experience.
• You possess German language skills at C2 level and have a good command of MS Office, along with basic knowledge of ERP and CAD systems
• You have a solid understanding of modern manufacturing processes, production planning, and process optimization
• A structured, self-reliant, and goal-oriented working style, combined with a strong awareness of quality and costs and excellent communication skills, completes your profile
