Manager Maintenance

About the role

Responsible for ensuring installation, repair, and operational management of all company machinery and facilities to support company operations, reduce machine downtime, and extend machine lifespan.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure installation, repair, and operational management of all company machinery and facilities
• Reduce machine downtime and extend machine lifespan
• Lead and develop the maintenance team
• Prepare maintenance budget and control costs and downtime
• Create work programs and maintenance KPIs
• Perform machine damage analysis and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Oversee utility systems including electricity, compressor, genset, and transformer

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of work experience in Maintenance, with experience as assistant manager or manager
• Technical competencies: Preventive & corrective maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical systems, Troubleshooting, Maintenance planning & Scheduling, Spare parts management, Utility systems (electricity, compressor, genset, transformer)
• Management capability to lead and develop teams, prepare maintenance budgets, control costs and downtime, and create work programs and KPIs
• Understanding of K3 (occupational health and safety) implementation, particularly machinery, electrical, and maintenance work safety
• Ability to perform machine damage analysis and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• K3 Electrical certification or other technical certifications
