Manager M&A Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Lead integration and carve-out strategy and execution.
• Manage standalone, synergy, IT, and commercial diligence projects.
• Lead discussions with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks, quantify synergies, and develop value creation strategies.
• Build and mentor deal teams.
• Support business development and India platform growth.

Requirements:

• Experience in consulting, M&A, or transaction advisory.
• Strong team leadership and client management skills.
• Strong financial and operational analysis skills.
• Experience with private equity or cross-border engagements is preferred.
