Role Overview

The Manager – Marketing (BTL Activities) will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and leading the execution of marketing initiatives to drive footfall, brand visibility, and revenue growth across retail outlets. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of field marketing, and the ability to manage teams, vendors, and large-scale campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead execution of activities such as health camps, promotional events, in-store activations, branding, and local area marketing
• Ensure timely and high-quality rollout of campaigns across regions
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through continuous improvements

2. Field Operations & Store Coordination

• Oversee market and store visits to ensure execution excellence across locations
• Guide and support field teams for effective implementation of marketing initiatives
• Ensure adherence to branding and visibility guidelines across all outlets

3. Vendor & Event Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for various marketing activities
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure cost-effective execution
• Supervise end-to-end event planning, logistics, and on-ground execution

4. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance footfall and conversions
• Support revenue generation through targeted campaigns and promotional activities
• Lead large-scale health camps and community outreach programs

5. Team Management & Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives/associates
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity
• Foster collaboration across internal stakeholders and departments

6. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Review daily and periodic reports (DCR) and ensure data-driven decision-making
• Present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to management

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4–8 years in BTL marketing, field marketing, or retail marketing (preferably pharma/healthcare/FMCG)
• Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Pay: ₹7.50 - ₹8.50 per year
