Manager, Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing, sales, pricing, and digital marketing strategies for new and existing property developments, including product launches, re-launches, promotional campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events to drive sales performance and achieve target segments.
• Manage and monitor the Marketing and Sales budget to ensure cost-effective utilization and optimal returns within the approved annual budget.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer feedback studies, and trend assessments to identify market needs, propose suitable product mixes, and support business growth initiatives.
• Apply for and manage Developer's Licenses and Advertising Permits, while liaising with relevant authorities and government agencies to obtain the necessary approvals.
• Assist and coordinate with the sales team, including attending to sales enquiries and supporting sales-related activities when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Property Development / Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing in a property development company.
• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented.
• Resourceful, dynamic, good leadership with strong interpersonal communication.
• Able to plan and coordinate all matters related to sales & marketing.
• Strong knowledge in property marketing strategy and competitor’s products and selling price.
• Computer literate with good command of oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends (during sales events, where necessary).
• Knowledge of legal and other requirements, and good environmental practices.
