About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager Marketing to join our marketing and communications team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead our digital and search marketing strategy at a pivotal moment in our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve our business objectives. You will play a crucial strategic role in shaping how PT Flax Inovasi Teknologi connects with its audience in an increasingly digital landscape.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive measurable business results
• Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) initiatives to maximise online visibility and organic traffic
• Lead the planning, creation and deployment of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email and content platforms
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimise return on investment (ROI)
• Analyse campaign performance data and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development and communications to ensure cohesive marketing messaging
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and professional development
• Research market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and digital marketing partners
• Report on marketing performance to senior management and present actionable recommendations for ongoing optimisation

What we're looking for :

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, search marketing or a related marketing discipline
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that have delivered measurable results
• Strong expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, and experience in interpreting data to drive strategic decisions
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating strong financial acumen
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience supervising and developing marketing professionals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Strategic thinking ability with a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving orientation
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS) is advantageous
• Experience in the technology industry or B2B marketing is preferred
