Marketing Manager position at PT Gerbang Pembayaran Nusantara (Gerbang Bayar), a financial technology company providing digital payment solutions for businesses in Indonesia, including QRIS, POS (Point of Sale), Payment Channel, Vendor Management System, Tax Planning, and various other digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing initiatives
• Manage team performance and development
• Drive target achievement and results
• Conduct business travel as required

About you

• Minimum S1 education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
• Minimum 2 years as Manager
• Experience in Payment, QRIS, POS, Fintech, Banking, FMCG, or technology is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target and results oriented
• Willing to travel for business purposes
