About the role

We are opening an opportunity for creative, strategic, and results-oriented professionals to join and become part of our team as a Manager Marketing Communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies creatively and effectively
• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Conduct data analysis and evaluate marketing performance
• Manage budgeting and negotiate with stakeholders
• Lead marketing communication initiatives in retail, supermarket
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotional activities
• Plan and execute events and promotional campaigns
• Manage team leadership and project execution

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in Marketing Communication
• Experience in Marcom within retail, supermarket, FMCG or consumer business preferred
• Proficiency in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding, Campaign, Promotion and Event management
• Strong data analysis, budgeting, negotiation and marketing performance evaluation capabilities
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and project management skills
• Creative, innovative, target and results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, copywriting, and Google Analytics is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to the Surabaya area
