Manager Martech & CRM

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage campaign calendars, customer journeys, and experience roadmaps.

• Own end-to-end execution of customer experiences across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and other digital channels.

• Coordinate with creative and martech agencies for campaign planning, creative development, execution, and reporting.

• Drive cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Technology and Operations teams.

• Manage manual operational activities required for campaign deployment and delivery.

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on customer insights and business outcomes.

• Responsible for increasing resort occupancy, member referrals and FIT direct booking business. Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Clever Tap, MO Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and lifecycle marketing.

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms.

• Good knowledge of Martech ecosystems, event tracking, customer data flows, APIs, and integrations.

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in CRM, Martech, Customer Engagement, or Digital Marketing.

• Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Loyalty, or Retention Marketing preferred.
