Manager, Merchandising

The Merchandising Manager will help ensure the right products are available at the right stores and at the right time, while maintaining healthy inventory levels. This role is expected to improve stock availability and sell-through, reduce excess or slow-moving inventory, strengthen demand forecasting and support better sales and inventory decisions.

• Lead inventory planning, inventory health, allocation and replenishment.
• Drive demand forecasting and performance analytics.
• Manage category planning, including pricing and assortment planning.
• Monitor sales trends and recommend actions to improve stock availability and sell-through.
• Work closely with Retail Operations, Retail Development and suppliers to support business needs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising, inventory management or demand planning.
• Strong analytical, Excel and data management skills.
• Good understanding of retail inventory management, demand forecasting and assortment planning.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in telco, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or FMCG retail would be an advantage.
