About the Role

HI OFFSITE, part of 30 years old HI TOURS GROUP is looking for an experienced Manager Sales & Operations to lead the team responsible for converting client enquiries into well-planned, competitively priced and successfully operated corporate offsites, incentives, meetings and events in India and international destinations.

The key responsibility of this position is to ensure that every qualified enquiry is responded to quickly, accurately and professionally and every confirmed programme is executed seamlessly and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation & Response TAT: Manage the team to ensure client enquiries are acknowledged promptly and complete proposals/quotations are submitted within defined TATs, with proactive follow-ups.

Team Management: Allocate enquiries based on workload and expertise, monitor pending quotations and confirmations, conduct daily reviews and ensure clear ownership and accountability within the team.

Proposal Quality & Conversion: Review important proposals for accuracy, creativity, competitiveness and commercial viability; support the team in negotiations and help improve query-to-confirmation conversion.

Operations & Execution: Take overall responsibility for confirmed movements from handover to completion, including hotels, transportation, flights where applicable, activities, venues, F&B, AV, entertainment and event logistics.

Supplier Coordination: Work closely with hotels, DMCs, event companies and other vendors to secure competitive rates, timely confirmations and high service standards.

Profitability & Commercial Control: Ensure every file meets agreed gross-profit/margin targets, supplier commitments are controlled and there are no avoidable operational leakages.

Client Experience: Act as the senior escalation point for important clients, resolve issues quickly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

What We Are Looking For

10+ years' experience in MICE, corporate travel, incentives, events or group operations.

Strong hands-on experience in costing, quotations, itinerary planning and operations.

Experience managing a team handling multiple enquiries and movements simultaneously.

Good destination and supplier knowledge for India and international markets.

Strong understanding of hotels, transportation, events, activities and MICE logistics.

Commercially strong with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and take quick decisions during live events.

Strong client communication and team leadership skills.
