Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage technology transfer activities for new products, ensuring successful implementation of processes from R&D to commercial production.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and optimize formulations, including solid orals, liquids, semi-solids, topicals, injectables, and transdermal patches.
• Collaborate with process development scientists to design and execute experiments for product development and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to source raw materials and equipment necessary for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating audits and inspections.

Mandatory Skillset

• Have seamless technology transfer experience.
• Looking for personnel who understand technology transfer and have experience of working with CMO.
