Manager Nail Salon

Role & responsibilities

This is a hands-on floor-management role. As Salon Manager, you will run Brand day-to-day and be the guardian of the guest

experience, reporting to the owners remotely. You will lead and train the technician team, manage bookings, inventory and

rosters, uphold our health and service standards, and make sure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived including

when something needs to be put right.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations: scheduling, bookings, cash and stock controls
• Recruit, train, coach and hold technicians accountable to Brand's hospitality and technique standards
• Own the guest experience end-to-end, including graceful service recovery when things go wrong
• Maintain the curated colour and design library, and the tablet-led Lookbook experience
• Ensure strict health, hygiene and product-safety standards, including our acrylic-free policy
• Take ownership as the owners' on-site representative, with clear and regular reporting

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluent English, spoken and written you'll liaise directly with remote owners
• Computer literate: comfortable with booking software, spreadsheets and tablet-based systems
• A background in beauty, nails or spa is strongly preferred — management or senior technician level
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a salon, spa or hospitality setting
• A hospitality mindset: warm, composed under pressure, genuinely guest-first
• Honest, organised and commercially aware, with the maturity to take ownership with minimal day-to-day supervision
