Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Manager with strong expertise in the US healthcare provider domain to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring expertise in .NET/C#, React or Angular, AWS, healthcare interoperability, and distributed team management.

The ideal candidate will have experience with provider credentialing, provider network management, and provider directory solutions, along with a proven ability to lead onshore/offshore engineering teams and drive AI-assisted software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end full stack development, including architecture, design, coding standards, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Drive development of scalable applications and microservices using .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, React/Angular, and AWS.
  • Manage and mentor technical leads and senior engineers across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Own delivery planning, sprint execution, technical reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
  • Translate healthcare provider business requirements into secure, reliable technical solutions for credentialing, network management, contracting, and provider directories.
  • Drive healthcare interoperability integrations using FHIR, HL7, and X12 EDI standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps, and client stakeholders on technical design, solution delivery, and production reliability.
  • Establish CI/CD, automated testing, security, and quality engineering practices.
  • Promote AI-assisted engineering using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor across coding, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Establish responsible AI usage standards, including validation of generated code and protection of PHI and sensitive provider data.
  • Identify AI/LLM opportunities involving RAG, embeddings, agentic workflows, and AI-powered provider search.
  • Track engineering productivity, AI adoption, quality, and delivery metrics.
  • Support project estimation, technical proposals, and SOW development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12–15 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in technical leadership or management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Blazor.
  • Deep AWS experience, including ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
  • Experience building and supporting microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
  • Strong SQL and database design skills, preferably with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2/OIDC, enterprise integration patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed onshore/offshore teams and deliver complex client-facing projects.
  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools across the software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of AI/LLM integration patterns, including RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows.
  • Strong communication, technical decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience in the US healthcare provider domain, particularly provider credentialing, network management, contracting, roster management, and provider directories.
  • Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 APIs, Provider Directory, Da Vinci PDex Plan-Net, HL7 v2, and X12 EDI transactions such as 270/271, 837, and 835.
  • Experience integrating with CAQH, PECOS, or similar provider credentialing platforms.
  • Familiarity with NCQA and CMS provider directory compliance requirements.
  • Consulting or professional services experience with direct client engagement responsibilities.
  • AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
