Manager – New Product Development (Pharma )

About the role:
Identify high-potential generic medicines, work with manufacturers, evaluate costing and profitability, and lead product launches end to end.

What you will do:
Research the market and identify new generic products
Prepare costing sheets and commercial feasibility reports
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with pharma manufacturers
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and supply terms
Coordinate packaging, labelling, and regulatory documentation
Plan and execute product launches across teams
Track post-launch performance and portfolio growth

Who we are looking for:
5–10 years in generic medicine sourcing, product development, portfolio management, or pharma procurement
B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred (MBA in Pharma Management, Marketing, or Supply Chain is a plus)
Strong in product costing, margin analysis, and Excel/MIS
Good understanding of manufacturers, quality, and regulatory requirements

Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Marketing
Real ownership of products from concept to market

Pay: ₹548,000.00 - ₹1,720,000.00 per year
